Iglo and Findus in new hands
On the first day of 2026 LEDO Kft. took over the direct distribution of the Iglo and Findus brands in Hungary. We asked Andrea Velin, country sales manager (HU&SLO) of Ledo Kft. about the expansion of the portfolio.

“The fact that LEDO Kft. is now the official Hungarian distributor of the Iglo and Findus brands is an important step forward in terms of our market presence in the frozen food category. This step brings us into line with the operating model of the Nomad Foods group, which is a leader on the European frozen food market. We provide our partners with greater supply security, more transparent processes and uniform trade access, including Ledo’s well-known and popular King and Quattro ice creams. The most important advantage of the new situation is simplification. In addition to the ice cream selection, our partners can source a wide range of Ledo, Quattro, King, Iglo and Findus brands from a single distributor. This ensures greater predictability in supply processes, orders and deliveries.
Iglo is a well-known and recognised Nomad Foods brand throughout Europe, offering consumers a large selection of high-quality fish products and vegetables. The Findus brand complements this with premium quality frozen vegetables and wok-style vegetable mixes. These products now form an integral part of our expanded Hungarian offering, providing reliable, healthy and convenient meal solutions. During the takeover we maintained and ensured the continued availability of the product range on the market. In 2026 we will consider expanding the product selection in line with consumer preferences.
