Farmers can get new information on the KAP website
The updated Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) information form related to area- and animal-based direct subsidies, which will continue to expand in the future, has been expanded with current information for the year 2024 on the KAP website of the Ministry of Agriculture. Questions and practical information related to fulfilling the conditionality, the Agro-ecology Program, production-related subsidies and additional support for young farmers are important for all farmers.
The Ministry of Agriculture informs farmers, consultants and village farmers that, although the application period for the year 2024 closed on June 10, the role of the information in the FAQ is not only in the application process, but also specifically during the performance during the year they can be extremely important.
It is particularly useful for farmers participating in the Agro-ecology Program to get to know the question-answer pairs, as the information that can be obtained from them effectively helps those concerned to comply with the eligibility criteria as required by law, thereby ensuring that the conditions are met.
The Common Agricultural Policy between 2023 and 2027 provides all Hungarian farmers with the opportunity to develop and creates the conditions for the development of sustainable production practices. In order to ensure that all producers can effectively participate in the available support programs, the Ministry of Agriculture considers continuous and accurate information on the information necessary for compliance to be a priority task.
