A new director at the head of the Mondelez factory in Székesfehérvár
From December 1, 2023, Dominik Bogusławski took over the management of the Mondelez factory in Székesfehérvár. The former director, László Pál, is leaving the head of the plant after six years. Bogusławski has spent his entire career in the food industry: before joining Mondelez in 2008, he held various positions at Nestle.
Since then, he has played an extremely important role in the company’s factories in Płońsk and Cieszyn, among other things, he was the head of the biscuit production department in Poland between 2014 and 2016. For the past seven years, Dominik Bogusławski has been the director of One SKARB, in this position he also supervised the operation of the Skarbimierz chocolate factory and the Skarbimierz confectionery factory. Throughout his career, his excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build effective teams have been evident.
“I am very proud to take over the management of a factory that supplies the whole of Europe with products. I can confidently say that Mondelez is on a sustainable growth path, and I hope that I can contribute to this with my work in Hungary. I am very happy to be able to work together with hundreds of excellent employees of the Székesfehérvár factory”
said the new director upon appointment.
