New payment methods in the market
A growing number of shoppers wish to use new forms of payment in shops, especially when buying online. A survey sponsored by MasterCard and conducted by PRIME Research found – having analysed about 1.6 online discussions – that customers are the least satisfied when digital payment methods don’t work well; they even like those shops more where no such payment is offered.
