New development: continuous synchronization of eGN
The National Food Chain Safety Office will ensure the synchronization of Single Application (EK) data with the eGN system in 2025 as well. Similar to the practice of previous years, this year too, the data provided on the EK interface of the Hungarian State Treasury (MÁK) will be transferred to the Electronic Business Journal (eGN), and the system will also switch to daily data updates.

The most significant development of eGN this year is that in the future, there will be continuous data import: modifications in the EK will be automatically transferred to the eGN on a daily basis. Thus, any changes during the year will also be transferred to the system.
Nébih will receive the data first after the submission period has ended, according to a schedule coordinated with the Hungarian State Treasury, and the loading and synchronization will be available from June 16.
Thanks to the mandatory synchronization, the field data stored in the eGN will fully correspond to the information provided on the EK interface of the Hungarian State Treasury. Thanks to this, the system will also load or update the area size, location data, and the legal titles and utilization codes assumed for the given year. The change applies to all field types this year as well: it applies to agricultural areas inherited from the previous year, those created by copying, and those entered as new production sites. In the case of already recorded operations, the entire field area affected will automatically be adjusted to the size in the EK through synchronization.
The development of Nébih guarantees that the data recorded on the eGN interface fully matches the data recorded in the EK system.
