New Board at the head of the Hungarian Confectionery Industry Association
On February 20, 2023, the Magyar Cukrász Ipartestület, the professional interest representation of Hungarian catering and confectionery enterprises, held its clean-up General Assembly combined with a professional exhibition at the Hunguest Hotel Bál Resort.
In the past four years, the Industrial Association has developed enormously, in addition to the reconstruction of their new headquarters, they have created and successfully operate their confectionery workshop, which fulfills a gap-filling role as a venue for professional further training and workshops. The teaching cabinet is equipped with equipment that would hold its own in any country in the world. Many international authorities – including several Relais Desserts members – have already held courses in the workshop and they all expressed their appreciation for the equipment and functionality of the cabinet. – This is how the presidency of the professional organization summarized the results of the Hungarian Confectionery Industry Council.
