Mood Media Makes Changes At The Top
Stepping down as Group Executive Chairman at Mood Media concentrate on strategic growth opportunities for the Group and other investments, Philippe G von Stauffenberg has named Jean-Marie Noizet, previously Group CEO, as the new Group Chairman.
"Jean-Marie Noizet has been instrumental in implementing the merger last year
between DMX MUSIC and Mood Media," said von Stauffenberg. "He was Mood Media's
MD for 15 years prior to the merger and was a significant presence in
increasing company revenues and profits over that same period. Jean-Marie is a
tremendous asset to our company. We are fortunate to be able to retain him as
Chairman so that he can share his wealth of industry knowledge with his
colleagues."
"Mood Media has grown significantly over the past 18 months and now operates in
over 34 countries," said Jean-Marie Noizet, "providing 90,000 commercial sites
with a professional inSite audio-visual solution. I am excited to become Group Chairman."
The new Group CEO is Jonathan Patrick, formally Executive Vice President of
Global Marketing Partnerships and Ad Sales for MTV Networks International.
Jonathan Patrick brings a wealth of relevant FMCG and media experience to the
company.
He will supervise the seven region manager, so the Hungarian
Tamas Paloczi, how is responsible for the all midle-east-european region.
