SPAR launches a new supplier system for local producers from 1.7 billion HUF

As a result of the proceedings of the Hungarian Competition Authority, SPAR will develop a new regional supplier system in 2021, the full deployment of which will be completed in 2022; The 1.7 billion HUF program will increase the sales opportunities of Hungarian small-scale suppliers, as well as will create new jobs.

The new supplier system serves local producers

According to the supply chain’s information on Tuesday, the aim of the new supplier system is to integrate as many small suppliers as possible at the regional level. They are looking for smaller Hungarian suppliers and producers who produce quality domestic products at affordable prices and ensure long-term sustainable product availability. The program directly serves to strengthen the local economy, while striving to find the shortest transport route that contributes to sustainable farming and production. (MTI)
