A new investor arrives at Real Nature Kft. – in the name of stability and growth

Real Nature Kft. will continue its operations with a new investor background from September. The new ownership role will be taken over by a four-member investor group, consisting of two Hungarian and two foreign individuals.

The management and daily operations of the company will remain unchanged, and the current owners will continue to actively participate in the life of the company in an advisory role, thus ensuring the continuity of 30 years of domestic and international experience and professional knowledge.

The investor group purchased the Terracotta group six years ago, which they have been successfully operating ever since. Now, in Real Nature Kft., they have found a domestic company with a strong distribution position, a stable market presence and a valuable product portfolio. The company’s production and distribution of quality and healthy foods fits perfectly into the investors’ portfolio.

The new owners aim to ensure further growth by building on the business model and the company’s team that have been established so far. Balázs Hajdu, a member of the investment group, will take over the executive duties.

The change also means security and new opportunities for the company’s partners and employees: Real Nature Kft. intends to strengthen its market position with an expanding product range, innovative solutions and even closer cooperation.
