The Constitutional Court wants a new, comprehensive climate law tailored to the specificities of Hungary – Video of the Day
The Hungarian Association of Nature Conservationists welcomes the Constitutional Court’s decision to annul the 2030 emissions reduction target of the climate law, as it did not sufficiently ensure the principles of climate protection and intergenerational justice. This is an extremely important milestone: the court ruled that the current regulation was insufficient and that a new, comprehensive climate law tailored to the specificities of Hungary is needed. Ákos Éger, Executive Chairman of the MTVSZ, wrote a video message.
