Digital customer relations
In what way can an IT service provider, an agricultural holding and a financing company be similar? Well, they all use the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system. Experts from Microsoft Magyarország demonstrated the capabilities of the Microsoft Dynamics customer relations management system at an event held under the title “CRM in practice”, on 18. March. István Wentzel, a CRM expert form Microsoft presented the latest, 4.0 version of Microsoft Dynamics, complete with global management support. Katalin Varga, deputy CEO of Hungária Holding Zrt. spoke about their activities in the grain trade and the IT services and financial consulting they provide for their clients. The Microsoft Dynamics CRM has been tailored to their individual needs, with a back office support system. A specialised supplement has also been added to the system which allows the rotation of crops to be monitored for farmers by the CRM system. Éva Erdősi, managing director of Pannoninvest Libra Pénzügyi Zrt. shared their experience in the field of financing. They have decided to use Microsoft Dynamics because Excel-based data handling was no longer sufficient to allow expansion. The system is used to keep track of loan applications and to work out personalised offers for clients. An electronic filing system converts loan applications on paper into digital form and only digital documents are used from then on. Fefo Kft., which sells hardware and services, uses the Microsoft Dynamics system to record client enquiries and to develop a proactive approach in their sales staff. Following the introduction of the Microsoft Dynamics system, a contact person has been assigned to each service task, which allows deadlines to be complied with and the activities of employees to be measured. It has also improved communication with clients, as they can always tell what the current status of each task is.
