Two Hungarian contestants in the semi-final
Two Hungarian chefs qualified for the final of the Eastern European selection of the S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2018 competition: András Botos, sous chef of Diófa Restaurant in Székesfehérvár and Rodrigo Sándor, chef de partie of Sanzon Restaurant in Szeged. It was the experts of training centre ALMA who evaluated the performance of competitors. The Central European final will take place on 17 October 2017 in Warsaw. 21 young chefs will be selected until the end of December, who will represent their regions in the world final in June 2018.
