The V4 countries held a tourism summit in Warsaw
The V4 countries (the Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary and Slovakia) held a tourism summit on 14-15 February in Warsaw. At the event, the annual tourism marketing plan of the V4 countries was signed – the Hungarian tourism agency informed MTI.
The main target markets of the joint marketing this year will be the United States, Russia and the former CIS countries and China. In order to reach the potential tourists, the V4 countries put more and more emphasis to reach the younger generation with innovative marketing tools (eg. social media campaigns). (MTI)
