Dietitians recommend more conscious protein consumption
According to a joint survey by Danone Magyarország and the Hungarian Dietetic Association (MDOSZ), the protein consumption of Hungarians is still not conscious enough.

Based on the research involving 320 dietitians, 70% of experts believe that only a few people are aware of the real role of proteins in a healthy diet. Although dietitians recommend a varied diet based on animal and plant sources, most patients still rely mainly on meat, dairy products and eggs.
