Borsodi tripled its ranking – it received the Best Employer rating in 2025 as well
Borsodi Brewery has received the Best Employer certificate in Hungary for the third time this year. Borsodi Brewery’s parent company, Molson Coors, has also received the Best Employer award in Europe again. Borsodi achieved outstanding results in several areas in this year’s survey.
The Top Employers Institute evaluates and qualifies the applicant organizations based on their results in the HR Best Practices survey. The survey covers six areas of HR and a total of 20 topics, such as the work environment, talent management, learning, diversity and inclusion, and employee well-being.
“I am extremely proud that we have once again won this very important recognition for us, as our employees are the ones who make us a successful company and an attractive employer, and for that I am very grateful to all of them. However, our task does not end there, in the future we will continue to develop our working environment and support the personal and professional development of Borsodis colleagues,”
– said Zsolt Vuleta, Managing Director and Commercial Director of Borsodi Brewery.
