The invited journalists of various gastro blogs, recipe pages and lifestyle magazines could learn the tricks of making delicious roast turkey meat from a professional chef and a food stylist. Dosso Gabi, chef and Kapolka Ágnes food stylist introduced the participants into the world of spicing and serving.
