We hereby inform our readers that Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) statutorily applicable also in Hungary as of 25 May 2018 provides for more stringent rules on the information obligation related to data processing activities as compared to the current Hungarian legislation. In order to comply with these more stringent provisions, as of 25 May 2018 Grabowski Kiadó Kft. as data processor modified the information notices applicable to its data processing activities related to the distribution of Trade magazin, which notices are made available in English here: http://trademagazin.hu/en/rendezvenyek/kiadoterjgdpr/
