Still no buyer for Aranybika

Aranybika did not received offer even on the second tender – reports Dehir.hu. The hotel was offered for 1.9 billion HUF. It’s price is expected to decline further.

The Aranybika Hotel, which is one of the symbols of Debrecen would be sold, due to the financial difficulties of the Civis Hotels Zrt.. In the first tround of the tender the hotel had a 2.1 billion HUF starting price. Beside the Aranybika, the Cívis Hotels Zrt. wants to sell other two hotels; the Best Western Hotel Kálvin in Debrecen, and the Hotel Délibáb in Hajdúszoboszló – reports Világgazdaság Online.
