Retail still in trouble
The retail sales in March shrank, compared to both the previous month, and the same period of last year.
The flash report of the Central Statistical Office shows: the new tax system has failed to boost consumer spendings. The consumption boom can be expected in the second half of the year, due to the private pension payments, however, this effect will be temporary. According to the Ministry of National Economy (NGM) the improvement started in employment, can help to boost retail trade – reports Világgazdaság Online.
