Sushi Sei expands further
The Sei Sushi restaurant operating in Hungary for 10 years now, expands its Budapest network with a new take-away bar. The new unit of the Japanese cuisine, which is among the country's 100 best restaurants, opens in the Kazinczy street.
The Sei Sushi restaurant is leaded by Sushi Master, Kusumoto Seiichi, who learned the art of sushi making in Osaka. The Sushi Master is preparing Sushi for 38 years, and invented a number of own recipes during this time: a special recipe for preparing sushi rice, the Sei-aye, and the unique Budapest aye is also. In the restaurant all raw materials comes from Japan except vegetables.
