The German economic sentiment continued to improve
The German economic sentiment of the Mannheim-based ZEW Institute for Economics increased to a record peak in November. The survey also showed an improvement in the perception of prospects in the euro area.
In November, the ZEW economic outlook index in Germany increased to 18.7 points from the 17.6 points of October.
The index was lower than the analyst expectations of 20.0 points and below the 23.7 points long-term average. (MTI)
