Retail sales improved further in Germany
Despite the expectations, retail sales improved further in February in Europe's largest economy.
After the 1.3 percent increase of January, retail sales in Germany continued to grow by 1.3 percent in February, although analysts expected a half-percent drop.
On an annual basis, retail sales rose by 2 percent after the 0.9 percent measured in January, which also exceeded the expected 0.8 percent. (Profitline.hu)
