ECE continues to develop in Hungary – asking for exemption from the mall stop
The German family-owned ECE and its partners have invested over 500 million euros in Hungary in five shopping malls so far – said Christoph Augustin, managing director of ECE Projektmanagement Budapest Kft. to MTI. The company in relation to a real estate development in Óbuda will request for exemption from mall stop
In connection with the additional investments in Hungary the Executive confirmed that the ECE plans a new project under the working name “AQUINCUM Center” in Óbuda at the junction of Szentendrei and Bogdáni road. The feedback of the interviewed potential tenants was positive – the Executive said – MTI reports.
