German retail sales decreased further
In Germany, the decline of the September retail sales accelerated. After the 0.4 percent decline of August a 2.3 percent decline has occurred. Annual growth is 0.4 percent.
On the basis of the datas published by the German Federal Statistics Office; the monthly retail sales in real terms decreased by 2.3 percent, down to a level have not seen since November 2009, after the revised 0.4 percent decrease of August. In the entire third quarter sales increased by only 0.2 percent, compared to the second quarter – reports ProfitLine.hu.
