The Leaseplan Group further strengthens in Europe

The world’s leading fleet manager the LeasePlan has announced that the company signed an agreement to the acquisition of the vehicle fleet leasing business of the  Italian Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, SA (BBVA).

BBVA’s total lease portfolio consist of an approximately total of 20,500 vehicles. With the acquisition of the Italian fleet, the LeasePlan Group leasing that has more than 20 years past on the Italian fleet leasing market continues to expand its activities and also supports its international growth strategy.
