The price of dairy products in Lidl continues to fall
Lidl Hungary is once again reducing the consumer prices of more than 60 dairy products, so that some products will cost up to 20% less in stores from June 5. The company’s price reduction program and the 20-50 percent discounts provided in the framework of mandatory promotions can mean significant savings for Hungarian families.
Our country’s market-leading supermarket chain launched a serious price reduction program from January 1st, thanks to which the prices of more than 500 products have already been reduced, so that some products can now be purchased up to 40 percent cheaper. All this is due to the fact that the company passes on to its customers the price advantage arising from the more favorable purchasing option and beyond.
The supermarket chain’s price reduction campaign has now reached another milestone, as it will reduce the prices of dozens of dairy products from June 5. These include basic dairy products, fresh and preserved milk, various cheeses, yogurts with various flavors, milk drinks, dairy desserts, as well as butter and sour cream. In addition to the price reduction program, Lidl Hungary has decided to provide its customers with a much larger discount of 20-50% instead of the prescribed 10% for the mandatory promotions that came into effect on June 1.
