The portfolio of Szallas.hu expanded further
Szallas.hu has acquired Maiutazás.hu group, and the Utazok.hu Kft. that is offering discounted foreign travels – Szallas.hu told MTI.
The acquisition was already approved by the Hungarian Competition Authority, and the transaction closed on August 1. Full integration is expected by the end of 2020.
The current acquisition was funded by the capital increase of the owners (OTP Digital Private Equity Fund and PortfoLion Regional Private Equity Fund) and from the own funds of the Szallas.hu group. (MTI)
