Tonic fever
In 2004 Charles Rolls and Tim Warrillow started manufacturing Fever-Tree drinks, which contain no artificial sweetener, preservative or flavour enhancer. Fever-Tree is named after Cinchona, the tree which contains quinine in large quantities. Fever-Tree products are made using the purest quinine that comes from East Congo, and the bubbles in it are small, giving the drink a smooth texture and enhancing the taste of the spirit it is mixed with. //
