Mass food poisonings throughout China

More than 500 adults and children were hospitalized with suspected food poisoning in recent days in China – the local national media reported on Sunday.

Over the weekend more than 80 people were taken to hospitals in Sice, Shaanxi Province northwest China. In the southwestern Sichuan nearly 390 students were also hospitalized with infectious diarrhea, which was suspected to caused by contaminated food. The analysis of the  food samples is still ongoing.  (MTI)
