Tokyo is the world's most expensive city

According to the list of the Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU); Tokyo remained the most expensive city, but at the forefront many changes occurred, compared to last year.

Tokyo retained its position as the most expensive cities, while Oslo also preserved its position on the second place, followed by Paris, Osaka, Kobe, Zurich, Sydney, Melbourne, Frankfurt, Geneva and Singapore in the top ten.

The cheapest places are: Karachi in Pakistan and Tunis in Tunisia, followed by Mumbai and Tehran. The list also includes New Delhi in India and Jeddah in Saudi Arabia, as well as Algiers and Panama City – reports Világgazdaság Online, after EIU.
