Egg Industry participants and researchers are working together to increase the safety of eggs
Ten companies in seven European countries cooperating in the scope of a three-year EU-supported project called OVOSHINE. The goal is to develop innovative technologies in the egg sector. As the result of the project a cost-effective method will be available to small and medium-sized businesses for the treatment of eggs.
Hungarian, Spanish and Portuguese poultry sector interbranch organizations (Poultry Product Council, the INPROVO and the ANAPO) will cooperate with the small and medium-sized egg industry participants and research institutions in the EU-funded project called OVOSHINE.
