More than two hundred restaurants in the GaultMillau Hungary’s 2017 edition
The 2017 edition of GaultMillau Hungary restaurant and wine guide was published. It includes 231 restaurants and the test of 569 Hungarian wines, also presenting 163 wineries and 244 high-end hotels.

Come de Chérisey, the French president of the GaultMillau remembers: one of the world's largest restaurant guide first appeared in France in 1960.
The GaultMillau awards were handed over on Tuesday in Budapest, The Chef of the Year became Pesti István (Platán Restaurant, Tata), Restaurant of the Year became the Gusteau Kulináris Élményműhely, while the Restaurant Owner of the Year became the Rosenstein family. (MTI)
