The Municipality of Budapest can buy the Rác Bath and Hotel for more than seven billion HUF

The Municipality of Budapest will provide more than seven billion forints to buy the Rác Bath and Hotel building during the liquidation procedure – the Metropolitan Assembly decided on Wednesday.

Bagdy Gábor, Deputy Mayor, accepted the proposal of the Metropolitan Assembly instructing the managing director of the REK Rác Fürdő Eszközkezelő Kft. to take a bid of 7 billion 401 million 409 thousand HUF to acquire the ownership of both properties during the liquidation process. (MTI)
