More than three thousand fails during the cash register inspections
The National Tax and Customs Authority (NAV) have conducted more than 25 thousand targeted inspections in connection with the operation of online cash registers.
The National Tax and Customs Authority (NAV) imposed fines in 12 percent of the cases, in a value of 260 million HUF – the NAV told MTI. It is suspicious, if the cash machine is used irregularly. During the site visits the auditors also take aglimpse into the cash journal. Currently 143,048 cash registers are connected to the NAV’s system.
