More than a thousand businesses received the “Every business should have its own website” voucher
Another success in the Demján Sándor Program: the thousandth enterprise has received the “Every enterprise should have its own website” voucher – the Ministry of National Economy (NGM) announced to MTI on Friday.
In the statement, the ministry emphasizes: the government is continuously working to help Hungarian families and enterprises. Despite pressure from Brussels, the government is not spending Hungary’s resources on Ukraine and the war, but on families and domestic SMEs. The government is supporting the development of enterprises by mobilizing more than 1,400 billion forints within the framework of the Demján Sándor Program, helping to increase their competitiveness and scale up.
By the beginning of July, 1,244 enterprises had received the voucher of the “Every enterprise should have its own website” program element implemented within the framework of the Demján Sándor Program, with which they can use internet and social media services. Thanks to the program, the path to a digital presence has been opened for more than 1,000 domestic micro and small businesses.
The number of vouchers redeemed so far at the 30 service providers selected in the competition has exceeded 200, so in the case of this many businesses, the developments that will make the company’s products and services appear on the world wide web have already begun.
The selected service providers provide basic digital services such as a web address, hosting, e-mail mailbox, internet security solutions, and tools supporting the creation of a social media presence free of charge for a maximum of 2 years, while the expanded package of the program even enables webshop development and online presence in foreign markets
