Hundreds of kilos of unmarked ewe’s cheese was seized by the NÉBIH
More than 450 kilogram of unmarked, partly moldy dairy products were seized by the experts of the National Food Chain Safety Office (NÉBIH) in Kistarcsa. Hundreds of thousands of HUF fines are expected.
According to the Friday statement of the National Food Chain Safety Office (NÉBIH) the small producer bought the Slovak ewe’s cheese at a wholesale market than old it as his own mainly in the market of Gödöllő. Due to the deficiencies in the sanitation authority has suspended the small producer’s dairy producer activities. (MTI)
