The Nébih seized more than 10 tons of meat in a meat shop in Dunavarsány
The National Food Chain Safety Office (Nébih), seized more than 10 tons of meat in a meat shop in Dunavarsány and ordered the destruction of the products. The inspectors found serious food security deficiencies in the operation of the plant and suspended its operation – the Nébih told MTI on Tuesday.
The store can expect several million HUF fines.
The shop was not cleaned, the devices could not be disinfected, because the disinfection device was not connected. The insect nets were missing, the coolers were moldy. There was no cooling in the cutting room because the refridgerator was not filled up with gas. (MTI)
