More money to be spent on advertising alcoholic drinks
According to a Zenith survey, at a global level the sum spent on advertising alcoholic drinks is expected to increase from last year’s USD 6.6 billion to 7.7 billion in a three-year period. By 2023 from the total budget for advertising alcoholic drinks 30 percent will be spent in the digital channel – back in 2019 this proportion was only 21 percent. Expectation is that the sales growth for drinks will be the most intensive in those markets where it forms part of social life to enjoy a few drinks together in bars or restaurants. //

An increase of 17 per cent is forecast for the the next three years
