Ten billions HUF investment to exploit the thermal water in Tura
A small power plant generating electricity and a giant vegetable production greenhouse is under construction in Tura, Pest County for the utilization of the local thermal water. The preparatory works of the 10 billion investment have already begun.
After the total build-up of the horticulture 6300 tons of tomatoes are scheduled to be produced each year. The larger share of the products is destined for export, and expect revenues of 6-7 billion HUF. The horticulture will create 170 jobs for area residents. According to the calculations the investment costs will return in 6-7 years. (MTI)
