SABMiller's ten billion USD bid refused
A huge business transaction is preparing in the beer brewing industry: SABMiller took a 10 billion bid for Foster's.
Due to the news the Australian company's shares increased by over 13 percent, despite the fact, that they did not accepted the offer of SABMiller. It appears that the investors are waiting for a higher offer.
SABMiller would finance the transaction from existing cash balances, and from loan. The Foster's declined the offer, claiming that the offer understates the company – reports Világgazdaság Online, after BBC.
