Henkel helps hospitals with ten thousand liters of hand sanitizer
The coronavirus epidemic is still with us, protection still has a priority role, which is why Henkel Hungary supports the work of hospitals with hand sanitizers.
The 10,000-liter disinfectant shipment will arrive in ten Hungarian hospitals in mid-August. As part of its social responsibility, the company continuously helps fight against the epidemic, at the beginning of the pandemic it offered a donation of nearly HUF 150 million to domestic hospitals and organizations. With another initiative, he also involved consumers in providing assistance.
The coronavirus epidemic is still with us, which is why Henkel Hungary is now supporting the work of hospitals with hand sanitizer as part of its social responsibility program. The 10 IBC containers (ten thousand liters in total) will be given to ten hospitals determined by the General Directorate of National Hospitals.
The ethanol-based disinfectants are expected to arrive in institutions in mid-August. With this, Henkel Hungary is continuing its social program that supports the protection, prevention and treatment of COVID-19.
“As a responsible company, since the outbreak of the pandemic, we have continuously supported the work of healthcare institutions and foundations involved in the prevention of the epidemic with several of our programs. Disinfectants are still needed, which is what prompted the current donation. We are confident that with this we can help the vital work of hospitals,”
said Dr. Ágnes Fábián, the managing director of Henkel Hungary.
