Fifteen master butchers received their master’s certificates
The National Chamber of Agriculture and Food inaugurated master butchers, and after the training and master exam, fifteen received their master certificates.
After successfully passing the master exam organized with the participation and implementation of the training institutions maintained by the Ministry of Agriculture, fifteen master butchers received their master certificates at the Parliament. The certificates were presented by István Jakab, Vice President of the Parliament, President of the Association of Hungarian Farmers’ Associations and Farmers’ Cooperatives, and Zsolt Papp, President of the National Chamber of Agriculture and Food.
The term master has been a trademark guaranteeing quality for centuries. Throughout history, masters have always represented serious value, and on the other hand, they have created value in their own profession. Such professionals are still in great need today, since the success of the Hungarian food industry also depends on whether there are enough well-trained professionals available who can raise the economy to a higher level with their work.
In addition to practicing their profession to a master’s degree, masters also take on a great responsibility by passing on their knowledge to the new generation, teaching and training future professionals. They can serve as an example to young people, passing on the high level of professional knowledge of their craft through their teaching, and passing on traditions.
Master’s training has a long tradition in Hungary. The aim of the training is to provide professionals with professional development and an existential career model, the opportunity to develop a career, and the acquisition of the knowledge necessary for apprenticeship training and business management. It also ensures the acquisition of professional, economic, financial, management, labor and legal knowledge necessary for everyday business practice. The exam at the end of the training certifies the proficiency level of all of these.
