Four out of ten employees are looking for new jobs in the fall
Although according to the great majority of the Hungarian workers it is harder to find a job during the summer, many of them immediately started job seeking after the summer vacation.
The traditionally weak August this year made a huge leap at Hungary's leading job search sites as well. Nearly forty percent of workers plan to look for a new job in the fall according to Profession’s research, made with the involvement of more than 1,100 employees. The amount of those who did not actively look for a new job, but are open to opportunities is roughly the same. Only one in five respondents averse to new job opportunities.
