Autumn wheat was tested at ten sites
A total of 46 autumn wheat varieties were tested by experts within the post-registration breeding experiment organized by the Seed Alliance Interprofessional Organization and Product Council, and the National Association of Cereal Producers.
As Polgár Gábor, Chief Executive Officer of the Seed Alliance Interprofessional Organization and Product Board, said, in the autumn of 2017, a total of 46 wheat varieties were sown in small field comparative experiments in 10 sites – Mosonmagyaróvár, Szombathely, Jászboldogháza, Tordas, Szarvas, Iregszemcse, Eszterágpuszta, Székkutas, Debrecen and Gyulatanya- with the help of NÉBIH specialists.
