According to Lucas Patole, chef of Lumbini teaház, those Indian meals which are far more spicier than European food cannot be prepared in the traditional way in Hungary. Spices are the most important element of Indian cuisine, with many chefs keeping their special mixtures secret. Fortunately, all spices are available in Hungary.
