Smoking will be banned in Montenegrin restaurants and cafes from mid-August
Montenegro has tightened its smoking law further, with a new regulation banning smoking in all public places from August 14 – except casinos – where food and beverages are produced, sold or consumed, according to Montenegrin Public Service Radio and Television (RTCG).
The regulation also precludes the possibility of partially allowing smoking for a fee paid by the hospitality authorities to the state. (MTI)
