Tesco-Red Cross alliance for Edelény
The Hungarian Red Cross will launch a 35 million HUF investment in the flood-affected Edelény. The 35 million HUF is the donation of Tesco customers, which amount was collected with the purchasing of the 200 forints worth purchasing cards.
Due to the donations, six families from Edelény can move into the flats, that can be found in the area of the former ÉMÁSZ. After the renovation, the building will provide a temporary home to needy families, who lost their homes, due to flooding, or the cold weather lasts for sure, can not be resolved to make their houses habitable – reports tozsdeforum.hu.
