Tesco is also celebrating Earth Day
Tesco is committed to environmental protection, and in February this year drastically reduced the number of shopping bags for online orders.
Before February, the supermarket chain supplied more than 400,000 bags per month, but in March it has just over 40 percent, 164,000 shopping bags, so until the Earth’s day saved nearly half a million bags. The company is expected to spend 3 million less bags a year, thus contributing to protecting the planet.
