Tesco is co-sponsoring the Hungarian Food Banking Association
Tesco Európa, has announced a new charity action against food waste, whereby the Czech, Polish, Slovakian and Hungarian supermarkets support local food banks by selling selected products.
In the action, more than 100 suppliers of the chain of stores are involved. In Hungary, hundreds of products of 25 brands have been involved in the action, and the 1 percent that derives from the sales is offered to the Hungarian Food Bank Association by Tesco.
