Hungarian retailers can now offer card payment service without a terminal
Mastercard and Pay Point have announced that from now on Hungarian retailers can also use their Android smartphones for accepting card payment, complying with the new regulation that enters into force in January without having a payment terminal. Pay Point is the fi rst service provider in Hungary that successfully made a card payment using the SoftPos technology, as part of Mastercard’s infrastructure development programme Doppio. //
